Custom keyboard mapping in Gamearena

Customize your controls like a pro. With keyboard mapping, you can assign any key to trigger one or more controller actions perfect for personalizing your play style. Keyboard Mapping lets you reassign your keyboard keys to simulate other key presses. This is perfect for personalizing your control scheme to fit your habits, hardware, or comfort whether you're using a Mac, Windows PC, or switching between them.

SETUP OF MAPPING PROFILES

1. Open your browser and go to app.gamearena.tech

2. You can access the Mapping Profiles in one of two ways:

• Option 1: Click the Settings icon at the top right corner of the page, then select Key Mapping from the menu. 

• Option 2: During streaming Gamearena icon -> Settings ->  Mapping Profiles.

3. Once inside, you can access and customize both Keyboard Mapping and Gamepad Mapping profiles to suit your gameplay style.

Keyboard Mapping

Step 1 - Create new profile

• Click on "New" to create a new profile for your mappings 
• You can edit the name of the profile by clicking on the name and editing the name in place

Step 2 - Select Keyboard Mapping 

• By default the mapping is set to Keyboard -> Keyboard mapping 
• If the mapper is set to gamepad . click on the switch mapper on the right top of the profile options 

Step 3 - Add keyboard mappings

• Click “Key In” and choose the keyboard key you want to use.
• Click “Key Out” and select the keyboard key(s) you want that key to trigger.
• Use the ➕ icon to add multiple keys for combo actions.
• Hit “APPLY” to save and activate your mapping.
