Troubleshooting Guide for GameArena Application

1. Installation Issues

If you’re facing trouble installing the GameArena application:

  • Ensure you have enough storage space – Make sure your device has sufficient space for the installation.
  • Check for antivirus interference – Some security software may block installation; try disabling it temporarily.
  • Restart your device – A simple restart may resolve any lingering installation problems.

2. Black Screen When Running the Application

If you see a black screen while running the app:

  • Restart the service – Navigate to the Home page on the Device Card, then select Restart Service.
  • Update your graphics drivers – Outdated drivers might cause display issues.


3. Stuck Images or Laggy Video

If the video feed appears frozen or laggy:

  • Check your internet speed – A slow or unstable network can cause this issue. Adjust your Video Resolution , bitrate and fps to find the best setting to suit you network.
  • Use a wired connection – If possible, switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet for a more stable connection.
  • Restart your router – This can help refresh your network connection.

4. Broken Frames or Choppy Graphics

If you notice broken frames or choppy gameplay:

  • Match FPS settings – Ensure the FPS settings on your host computer match those of your client device.
  • Lower your graphics settings – High settings may be too demanding for your device.
  • Close unnecessary applications – Background apps consuming CPU/GPU resources might impact performance.

5. Audio Not Working or Out of Sync

If there’s no audio or a delay:

  • Reconnect your audio device – If using headphones or external speakers, unplug and plug them back in.
  • Restart the app – Close and restart GameArena to refresh audio services.

6. Input Lag or Unresponsive Controls
